Megan Gruis
DIRECTOR OF IMPLEMENTATION
Megan Gruis, Ed.S. has been in public education for the past 20 years and feels fortunate to have served in a variety of K-12 settings both at the building level and district level. She served on the Minnesota State Implementation Team for PBIS in a variety of capacities for 10 years and currently serves as the Implementation Lead for CharacterStrong, where she consults with schools and districts around Customized Implementation Supports for social, emotional, behavioral, and academic programming.

Dr. Clayton Cook
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Dr. Clay Cook holds the John and Nancy Peyton Endowed Chair in Child and Adolescent Wellbeing at the University of Minnesota and was a Professor of Educational Psychology in the College of Education and Human Development. He has extensive research and practical experiences involving the implementation of multi-tiered systems of support to promote children’s social, emotional, and behavioral wellbeing as the foundation for academic and life success. He is now the Chief Development Officer at CharacterStrong.
